Registration Fees

Want $20 off FOOTBALL or $5 off Flag Football registration? Register and pay by April 30th, 2020 to receive the Early Bird Discount (Early Bird Discount does not apply to Cheer).   

  • Football Registration Fee: $205/player. Includes most equipment
  • Cheerleading Registration Fee: $150/cheerleader. Includes: uniform, bloomers, practice shirt, and bow.
  • Flag Football: Ages 4-6: $60/player. Includes shirt.

**$450 Maximum charge per family**

**A separate volunteer check of $100 is due by the first practice. Please postdate to 10/31/2020 **

Volunteer checks are cashed at the end of the season in the event the 6 hours of volunteer time isn’t met.

*Registration is considered  complete once payment is received*

What each player needs to turn in to either the Head Coach or Team Parent prior to the first practice:

  • Signed hard copy Registration Form.
  • Long Form copy of birth certificate.
  • Signed CTYFL medical release form.
  • Copy of most recent report card (Required for A Team Football & Cheer only)

Panther Parents,
It’s hard to believe that another SW Football/Cheerleading season is upon us for 2020.  The Board has been busy over the past couple of months meeting and planning out what promises to be a very exciting and fun season for our youth program.

The SWP Board Volunteer policy was created to increase and encourage parent volunteerism in our SW Football/Cheer Program. Our goal is to have 100% volunteer participation from our families because without our volunteers, we won't have a successful program for our SW Panther kids! Our Football/Cheer coaches already dedicate a minimum of 100 hours in order to run this program and make it one of the best in the state! With this said, we have established a new policy that will be in effect for this season:

OPTION 1: When you register your son/daughter this season, you will have the opportunity to sign up to volunteer. We have a list of volunteer positions that we need help with throughout the season. We ask that each family sign up to volunteer a minimum of 6 hours for the season. Of course, you can sign up for more hours as we ALWAYS could use the help.

OPTION 2: If you wish to opt out of volunteering, the $100 volunteer check will be cashed prior to the first game of the season
