Registration Fees

 

EarlyBird Discount:

$40.00 off per Football player. $20 off per Cheerleader. $10 off per Flag Football player.

Must Register and pay by April 30, 2021

PLAYERS GRADE IS BASED ON THE GRADE THEY ARE ENTERING IN SEPT 2021**

 

Regular Prices:

  • Football Registration Fee: $215/player. (Includes most equiptment: See Parent Portal/Faqs for included items)
  • Cheerleading Registration Fee: $160/cheerleader. (Includes most equiptment: See Parent Portal/Faqs for included items)
    • If your child is not quite of age and you wish for them to participate as a mascott, please inquire with the Cheer Coordinator or Representative for consideration.
  • Flag Football Registration Fee: Ages 4-6: $85/player. (Includes Game Shirt)

**$450 Maximum charge per family**

 

**A separate volunteer check of $100 is due by the first practice. Please postdate to 10/31/2021 **

Volunteer checks are cashed at the end of the season in the event the 6 hours of volunteer time isn’t met.

 

*Registration is considered complete once payment is received. All special's must be paid within stated special timeframes*

 

*Turn in all required 2021 Registration Documents to either the Head Coach or Team Parent prior to the first practice*

Cheer and Football Season

Runs for approximately 4 months: Practices beginning in August and ending the season in Mid-to-late November.

 

Panther Parents,
It’s hard to believe that another SW Football/Cheerleading season is upon us for 2021.  The Board has been busy over the past couple of months meeting and planning out what promises to be a very exciting and fun season for our youth program.

The SWP Board Volunteer policy was created to increase and encourage parent volunteerism in our SW Football/Cheer Program. Our goal is to have 100% volunteer participation from our families because without our volunteers, we won't have a successful program for our SW Panther kids! Our Football/Cheer coaches already dedicate a minimum of 100 hours in order to run this program and make it one of the best in the state! With this said, we have established a new policy that will be in effect for this season:

OPTION 1: When you register your son/daughter this season, you will have the opportunity to sign up to volunteer. We have a list of volunteer positions that we need help with throughout the season. We ask that each family sign up to volunteer a minimum of 6 hours for the season. Of course, you can sign up for more hours as we ALWAYS could use the help.

OPTION 2: If you wish to opt out of volunteering, the $100 volunteer check will be cashed prior to the first game of the season
